Under the patronage of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the Abu Dhabi Police will be organizing the first International Conference on Knowledge Management in security institutions next April.
Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, explained that the Abu Dhabi Police will be achieving an international milestone by organizing the first forum designed to exchange knowledge between policing institutions worldwide. This in turn, would promote the growing position of the Abu Dhabi Police as a leading world-class policing institution.
Major General Al Nuaimi said, “This conference personifies the vision of the Abu Dhabi police General Headquarters, to ensure that the Emirate of Abu Dhabi remains a community enjoying security and safety, by providing high-quality police services to citizens, residents and visitors of the emirate.”
For his part, Colonel Sheikh Mohammad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Director of Peripheral Regions Directorate, Chairman of the Knowledge Higher Committee, pointed that the success of the conference will mark a paramount success for the UAE in international forums. This is possible thanks to the efforts of its citizens and their abiding faith in excellence, success and ambition, coupled with the unlimited support of the police leaderships and the concerted efforts to ensure the success of this conference.
It is worth mentioning that the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters has dedicated special attention to exchanging and developing knowledge.
