The Social Support Centers Department at Abu Dhabi Police, represented by its center in Al Ain, celebrated the World Health Day, in cooperation with Al-Madar Medical Center.
Colonel Ali Al Badi, Director of the Social Support Center in Al Ain, said that the event aims to raise health awareness and the importance of undergoing regular medical check-ups among employees. It also aims to promote the medical culture and introduce the preventive measures to protect community members from diseases.
The ceremony included a variety of events; including workshops and medical examinations for the center’s employees, such as blood and blood pressure tests; as well as clinical examinations for bone diseases and neurological disorders. A number of dermatologic consultations were also carried out at the event.
