J.M. Huber Corporation ("Huber”) announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss third quarter 2013 financial results on Thursday November 21, at 11:00 AM ET.
Pursuant to the indenture dated as of November 1, 2011, between Huber and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, relating to Huber’s 9.875% Senior Notes due 2019 (the "Notes”), access to the conference call is limited to the following:
(a)
Holders of the Notes;
(b)
Prospective investors who have certified to Huber that they are Qualified Institutional Buyers (as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933);
(c)
Securities analysts who have certified to Huber that they are reputable securities analysts who regularly cover or intend to cover Huber and the Notes; and
(d)
market makers who have certified to Huber that they are reputable market makers who regularly make or intend to make a market in the Notes
Huber will post specific instructions on how to access the November 21, 2013 conference call on the Huber secure SyndTrak investor website, which can only be accessed by qualified users.
If you meet one or more of the criteria set forth above and would like to access, but have not yet been granted access to, the SyndTrak website, please email hyinfo@huber.com prior to close of business on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. You may be asked to complete and submit a certification form as to your qualification. Upon qualification, you will be sent an e-mail with the login instructions.
