VMCS provides managed security and managed services providers with a view of all the Vortex appliances deployed at customer locations from a single console

The Managed Vortex Appliances are a flexible, scalable and fully customizable platform for Managed Security and Managed Services Providers, including Telcos and IT system integrators, who are looking for a cost-effective path for providing Managed Services data collection, management and forwarding, for their Enterprise and Medium sized Business clients.

The VMCS ver2.0 is a hardware software combination. The controller is a server that resides in the service provider or telco’s data center. It runs the VMCS application and polls the Vortex appliances deployed in the field. Its dashboard provides a convenient way to get alerted on any issue faced at a client site that is being monitored, and it monitors the health of the Vortex appliance itself. The system alerts the service provider NOC/SOC in case there is any issue in the Vortex appliance. The dashboard is currently available in English and can be customized to support multiple languages as needed.
