‘Mobilité Francophone’ Stream to help French-speaking professionals to get Canadian Permanent Residency

Dubai, United Arab Emirates -Friday, March 3rd 2017 [ ME NewsWire ]

All French-speaking skilled workers and professionals have a golden chance of getting Canadian permanent residency. The goal of the International Mobility Program stream is to attract skilled francophone workers to Canada.

The Mobilité Francophone stream exempts employers from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) process when they hire francophone workers in managerial, professional and technical/skilled occupations from international destinations. The Mobilité Francophone stream was launched to get more French-speaking professionals in Canada and to make the process faster and simple.

“Mobilité Francophone is designed for foreign skilled workers who have been recruited through a Francophone immigration promotional event and who are destined to work in a province or territory outside of Quebec,” said Lt Col (Retd) BS Sandhu, Chairman and Managing Director, WWICS Group of Companies.

For all French-speaking professionals to be eligible under this program, the aspirant must register with a Canadian Immigration Information Session/Promotional Event or communicate with IRCC. The aspirant will live and work outside Quebec and use French on a daily basis. Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 7 or higher is also required to qualify under this program.

The main advantage of the program is that people working in Canada with a Mobilité Francophone temporary work permit will be able to stay in the country long enough to acquire valuable Canadian work experience. This will help them qualify for permanent residency programs and increase the likelihood that they will be invited to apply for permanent residence in the Express Entry system and they can also apply under Provincial Nominee Programs.

Hiring a Francophone or a bilingual candidate could provide employers with a number of advantages. The ability to serve clients in both English and French languages could help tap into new markets.

Employers and prospective foreign workers who are interested in the Mobilité Francophone stream can come to WWICS for a hassle-free resettlement process. With more than two decades in the industry, WWICS has an extensive network that can help in settlement and placement in Canada along with family members.

WWICS has a global presence with Associate Offices in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iran, Morocco, Oman, Kenya and 18 Offices in India. For more details, contact WWICS
