Colonel Saif Al Ketbi, the Police College Director, awarded the outstanding students of the 26th, 28th, and 29th batches of cadets with Badges of Excellence. Colonel Al Ketbi additionally honored 70 other students for excelling in the fields of academics, training, behavior, leadership, and professional applications.
The ceremony was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Abdullah Al Khouri, Police College Deputy Director, alongside department directors, section heads, a number of the College’s officers, trainers who have supervised the cadets, and faculty members.
Awarding such honors is pursuant to the established traditions of the Police College to honor, praise, and to encourage distinguished students.
During the ceremony, Colonel Saif Al Ketbi gave a speech that emphasized the keenness of the Police College “to equip its students with the highest levels of training in the field of science and the quest for knowledge. Such efforts are made in order to prepare them to bear the burdens and responsibilities of police work in various fields, and to contribute to strengthening the security that the UAE consistently endeavors to provide.”
He continued by wishing for the success of the distinguished students in their career and in their pursuit of education. He also praised the efforts of the officers, trainers, and supervisors of the cadet batches.
