Saif bin Zayed honors five ADP staff members with Employment Excellence Medals

In recognition of their efforts in suggesting the “Fazaa” Initiative

Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior granted five Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) staff members the Employment Excellence Medals in recognition of their efforts in suggesting the “Fazaa” Initiative, which aims to provide the Ministry of Interior (MoI) employees with a unique range of social solidarity services under the supervision of the Social Solidarity Fund.

During his meeting with the honored employees at his office, HH lauded the idea of the initiative considering it as a leading project and an important addition that will serve all MoI employees and their families. HH also noted that the initiative will contribute to fulfilling the solidarity mission that aims to make the best investments in human resources.

HH stressed the keenness of the MoI to adopt distinguished initiatives that aim to promote the police work, develop work systems and achieve further occupational satisfaction for employees and their families. HH said that this comes as a true recognition of their vital role and the duties they fulfill during the services they provide to the country and the people.

The honoring ceremony was attended by Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and Colonel Saud Al Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of the Office of HH the Minister.

The recognition included Colonel Hareb Khamis Al Khaili, Deputy Head of the Clubs Department who suggested the idea of “Fazaa” initiative, along with the participating, namely: Major Khamis Awadh Al Ka’bi, First Warrant Officer Khaled Abdullah Al Niyadi, First Warrant Officer Salem Saeed Al Nuaimi and First Warrant Officer Mohammed Awadh Al Bloushi.

Colonel Al Khaili expressed the pride he and his team take in meeting HH the Minister of Interior, and in receiving this recognition and the employment excellence medals from HH. He affirmed that they will continue seeking the excellence that promotes the values of collective work, assures the high quality of planning, enhances active performance and catalyzes employees to exert more efforts to elevate the level of the police work. He mentioned that this aims to make achievements that reflect the MoI’s vision and increase the confidence the public has in the Ministry.

Notably, the “Fazaa” initiative is a creative idea in the field of social work supervised by the Social Solidarity Fund for MoI employees, and provides wide range of services to employees. The initiative’s website www.fazaa.ae provides employees with the necessary information about the project’s objectives and special features. The project includes a wide range of services including no interest loan schemes, easy payment schemes, discounts programs and unique promotions, personal accident insurance, car insurance with competitive prices, rent-to-own car service, discounts of car rents and financial coverage for medical treatment abroad.
