ZTE Corporation ("ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a publicly-listed global provider of telecommunications equipment, network solutions and mobile devices, was the fastest-growing vendor in the global LTE market in 2013.

According to the IHS research paper Global LTE Market Analysis, ZTE was one of the top three LTE infrastructure vendors with 17.9 percent market share. In 2013, China witnessed the construction of more 4G networks than the rest of the world combined, with ZTE becoming China's largest LTE solution provider. ZTE gained the largest share of the tender for China Mobile's 4G-LTE Phase I Project, with 26 percent. Outfit7’s attorneys, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP filed the lawsuit in January 2013 in response to NanJing oooo3d illegally publishing apps that claimed to be sequels to the original Talking Tom and Friends franchise – developed and owned by Outfit7.
