The Smart Government Program at the Ministry of Interior began implementing its survey program to measure community members’ awareness and their satisfaction with the e-smart services provided by the ministry via its website www.moi.gov.ae and smart phone application UAE-MOI. This initiative aims to collect purposeful proposals and discussing the possibility of improving them; so as to enhance the delivery of the best services to customers.
As part of the program plan, the work team in charge of assessing community members’ awareness and their satisfaction with the e-smart services visited the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department Headquarters at the Abu Dhabi Police, and met with customers.
