 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Daigas Gas and Power Solution Co., Ltd. (“DGPS”), a 100% subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (TOKYO: 9532), has established an expanded business collaboration for onsite hydrogen generator technology with Hyundai Rotem Company (“HRC”), an affiliate of Hyundai Motor Group, allowing HRC to sell the generators outside South Korea.

Daigas Group (formerly Osaka Gas Group) launched the first model of “HYSERVE” (*1), onsite hydrogen generator, in 2003 by adopting its accumulated knowledge on catalyst. DGPS introduced a new model “HYSERVE-300” with hourly hydrogen production capacity of 300 Nm3 in 2013. DGPS, as manufacturer of HYSERVE-300, has sold the units mainly to hydrogen fueling stations.

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Further to the announcement of its strategic partnership with and investment from SKC on 26 January 2022, Nexeon, a leading battery materials developer and manufacturer has completed the second close of its fundraise resulting in a total investment of US$170m. Additionally, a further US$50m of commercial investments is being made in Nexeon’s technologies as a consequence of the investment round.

The capital raised will provide Nexeon with further resources to accelerate the expansion of its own manufacturing capabilities to mass produce tens of thousands of metric tonnes annually of its silicon-based anode materials for use in rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries.

Strong Injectables and Branded growth helps to offset challenging environment in Generics

During the first half of 2022, core group revenue was flat at $1.213 billion (compared to H1 2021: $1.216 billion) as the strong performance from our Injectables and Branded businesses offset the impact of weaker pricing in Generics. Core operating profit was down 4% to $296 million reflecting lower profit in Generics.
