Today, Bureau Veritas announces that these discussions have stopped and did not result in an agreement despite a strong belief in the value of consolidation in the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector.

Award ceremony takes place in Tokyo in April

(BUSINESS WIRE)--SLB (NYSE: SLB) today announced that SLB Capturi, in collaboration with Aker Solutions, has been awarded an engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) contract from Hafslund Celsio AS to deliver a carbon capture solution at its waste-to-energy facility in Klemetsrud, Oslo.
