Major General Omair Muhammad Ateeq Al Muhairi, Director General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, reviewed the progress of work alongside the procedures and services provided to the public via the Al Marfa Police Station of the Western Region (Al Gharbia) Police Directorate. Al Muhairi was briefed in the presence of Brigadier Ojeil Ali Abdullah Al Junaibi, Director of the Western Region Police Directorate.
According to Major General Al Muhairi, the inspection comes within the framework of the keenness to identify the workflow of the various police departments and stations. “This is to ensure a suitable environment that provides the best services that are in accordance with the latest integrated global systems based on justice, fairness, and honesty when dealing with the public,” he said.
He called for the need to promote a culture of institutional excellence amongst all employees in the comprehensive police station, and to apply the strategic initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Police that aim to grant security and safety for all members of society. By doing so, he said, “this will aid in the fight against crime and deter its causes.”
“The Abu Dhabi Police are keen to strengthen their communication and relationship with customers in order to achieve the desired goals that are based upon customer feedback and satisfaction with the provided services,” he said.
Adding further, Major General Al Muhairi directed the personnel to increase the attention paid to customers and to provide all necessary facilities for them. He highlighted the need to further develop the skills of the employees of the police stations that directly service customers in order to optimize their interactions with customers.
Captain Ahmed Suhail Al Ameri, Director of Al Marfa Police Station, provided a presentation for Major General Al Muhairi regarding the station’s police services and facilities provided to the public that align with the vision and objectives of the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
