Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (Hikma), the multinational pharmaceutical company, today announces that it has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Almirall S.A., a global biopharmaceutical company, to commercialise Finjuve^TM in certain Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets.

Finjuve^TM is a finasteride spray that is approved in Italy, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Hikma will be responsible for the registration and commercialisation of the product in certain MENA markets and Almirall will be responsible for product supply.
