(NYSE: GS) announced today that it has terminated its general guarantee, dated November 24, 2008, of its subsidiary, Goldman Sachs Ireland Finance Limited, formerly known as Goldman Sachs Bank (Europe) PLC. The termination is effective as of July 10, 2013.
